  • Shipping Cost: We offer Free Shipping on all orders.

  • Currency: All prices and shipping rates are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

2. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

We work hard to get your gear to the pitch as fast as possible. Please note the following timelines:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) - Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.

  • Handling Time: 1 – 3 Business Days (Tuesday – Saturday).

  • Transit Time: 4 – 7 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 – 10 Business Days.

3. Shipping Area

Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping, nor do we ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) at this time.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.

  • You can track your package via the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

5. Delivery Issues & Damaged Items

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, or if your gear arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at support@streetsoccerwear.com so we can assist you immediately.
