Refund policy

At Streetsoccerwear (SOCCER4LIFE LLC), we want you to shop with confidence. If your new gear isn’t the right fit for your game, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Product State: We only accept returns for new products. The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

  • Packaging: It must be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: You will need the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

2. Return Process & Method

We accept returns for both defective (damaged/incorrect) and non-defect (change of mind/wrong size) products.

  • Return Method: All returns must be sent by mail.

  • Exchanges: Please note that we do not allow exchanges. If you need a different size or color, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

  • Currency: All transactions and refunds under this policy are processed in USD.

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at support@streetsoccerwear.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Return Label: For all returns (including customer remorse or incorrect fit), the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping costs and providing the shipping label.

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (you received a defective or incorrect item), please contact us immediately so we can provide specific instructions and cover the necessary costs to make it right.

4. Damaged, Wrong Products or Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately (within 7 days) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or clearance.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

  • Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Please remember it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
